This versatile piece serves as both a decorative centerpiece and a specialized multi-candle holder. It is crafted from heavy Ebony Black glass—frequently called Black Amethyst by collectors because it can appear deep purple when held up to a strong light source. The exterior features a classic hobnail pattern with a distinctive sawtooth or scalloped rim. Inside the bowl are six integrated candle ports: a large central holder for a pillar or taper candle, surrounded by five smaller ports for taper candles. Standing on a sturdy pedestal base, this 1970s-era design was often used to display floating flower blossoms in water while candles were lit around the perimeter.
